To initiate service, please complete and submit the form below, or email the service documents—along with the name and address of the individual or entity to be served—to
office@alis-inc.com.
An electronic invoice will be sent to you via email for payment. Upon completion of service, we will provide an update and send an electronic copy of the affidavit of service and/or service return. If required, the original document can be mailed either to you or directly to the appropriate clerk’s office.
